During winter, the hives can share the warmth generated within the full depth brood box.
In the case of a lost queen we can peacefully merge the colonies by eliminating the divider. Separate entrances and dual feeders for each colony.
Middle top feeder of 3X3 KIT incorporates the third entrance oriented to the opposite side.
