Return – Replacement of Products:
You have the right to return the products you have purchased and/or request their replacement within seven (7) calendar days, either because you have experienced a problem with a product.
In all cases in which through proven fault of our company a) incorrect products were sold, b) or products of defective quality. The products must not have been used, be in the condition in which they were received, complete and without damage, their packaging must be that which normally accompanies them and be in perfect condition, along with all the documents that accompanied them (e.g. DATA, Retailer’s receipt, etc.) at the time of delivery.
Returns without information will not be accepted.
Ways of Return – Replacement:
In the event that the product you received is defective or incorrect through our fault we will bear the return costs with our own transport company and refund (the shipping costs of the original shipment are not refunded) in case the products are returned with of your own choice then the transport is covered by you
In case the product is not as you expected or you changed your mind, you are fully responsible for the return costs, while our company undertakes the refund to the customer or the replacement of the product with a new one (the shipping costs of the original shipment are not refundable). In all cases the refund or replacement will be made once we have received and checked the original item. In the case of product returns, the refund can be made in one of the following ways: by refunding the money by depositing it in a bank account.
Terms that apply to all the above cases:
In any of the above cases, any return and/or replacement must be made within seven (7) calendar days from the date of purchase.
Exceptions:
- All goods are manufactured according to the specifications you as a consumer have set.
- All goods which are a kind of personalized order for each customer.
- All goods which show deterioration in the original packaging.
In case of repeated returns or if our company realizes, in its sole discretion, that the customer is abusing the right of return or acting in bad faith, it has every right to refuse the return of the product even if the above conditions are met.
For any dispute arising from the transaction, the courts of Athens shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
